Privacy Policy We keep your Name and Email address so that we can keep in touch with you by email and let you know about our new products and special offers. These details are kept in a secure place and WILL NOT be sold to any other company. You will not receive any SPAM emails as a result of buying products or services from us, contacting us by email or signing up for our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive any emails from us then you can always let us know by emailing us.
Delivery Charges We have a fixed delivery charge of £2.95 for all orders up to £15 in value and £4.95 for orders over that amount. Bags & Baskets are charged at £2.95 for one item and £4.95 for two or more.
Payments Our online payments are handled by Paypal on their secure servers. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay us and you may use any Debit/Credit Card to make payment. If you do have a Paypal account then we can also accept eCheques and Cash payments via Paypal.
We do not have access to any of your credit or debit card details so you can purchase with complete confidence that your details are secure. More details about Paypal’s Security are available at www.paypal.com/uk
Returns If you wish to return an item because it does not meet your requirements or you no longer need it then please contact us on 01477 535882 or email us and let us know the item you are returning, the reason for return and the method you are using for return postage e.g. Royal Mail, Courier.
If the item is not faulty then you must pay for the return postage and are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us in good condition. We strongly suggest that you use a Trackable method of delivery such as Royal Mail Special Delivery and wrap your returned items securely. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return postage.
If your item is faulty or damaged on delivery and you wish to return it for a refund or replacement then we will refund the cost of return postage. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request the return of a damaged item. We will need to know the Item that has been damaged, a description of the damage and the method you are using for return postage. If the item is faulty then let us know the nature of the fault. We strongly suggest that you use a Trackable method of delivery such as Royal Mail Special Delivery and wrap your returned items securely.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item.
